How storytelling led me here…

From a very young age I read dozens upon dozens of books every year—and in turn, started writing my own stories. I filled notebooks or spare pieces of construction paper with the contents of my imagination, whether it was short stories or full-blown “screenplays”.

I studied Marketing and English at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I learned about storytelling through the lens of a brand. Nowadays in my career as a copywriter, my audience looks different and my stories are decidedly less outlandish, but my passion for crafting a compelling narrative remains.

My professional experience includes copywriter roles at Breezeline, a company specializing in Internet, Mobile, and TV products for B2C and B2B segments, and LIFT, a full-service advertising agency with a unique focus on direct response and driving brand-positive performance.

With experience on both the client and agency side, I employ creativity, strategy, and emotional benefits to drive proven results—from perfecting a succinct headline to diving deep into a brand’s identity to redefine their tone of voice.
